Two ways to pay
Card through Banxa
Where enabled, checkout takes you to Banxa to purchase cryptocurrency using your card. Banxa handles payment details and any identity verification. The cryptocurrency is delivered to the store’s approved settlement wallet. Review Banxa’s quote and any fees before confirming.
Cryptocurrency from your wallet
Where enabled, a BTCPay invoice shows the supported cryptocurrency, network, amount, and receiving address. Follow the invoice instructions exactly. Your order is marked paid only after the payment is settled.
Common questions
How will I know my order has shipped?
When the store adds your tracking details, an update appears in your account and an email is queued for delivery. The order page includes the carrier’s tracking link.
Can I change my region after adding products?
Yes. Use the region selector at the top of the page. Your bag is retained, but prices and availability are recalculated. Products that cannot ship to the selected region must be removed before checkout.
What if I sent a payment after the invoice expired?
Contact shop@prometheusbiochem.shop with your order number. An expired invoice does not automatically mean a late payment was lost. The store can reconcile the provider’s confirmed transaction before deciding how to proceed.
